Can I install Mac Lion OX in multiple Mac computers?

I have two MacBook. One Pro and one Air. I'm planning to upgrade both of them (both are in SL OS X) to Lion. Is it possible to install them in two Macs? If it is possible, how can I install it to my MBA if I will download the OS in my MBP?
