Help with foreclosure ASAP?

I'm really scared, I'm only 16 and I've moved every year for the past 3 yrs and I really don't want to be uprooted again. We have been paying every monthly rent easily, but our Fing landlord isn't paying the mortgage and we just found out that our old landlord who supposedly sold the house to him, never actually did sell it! so nobody is paying for the house, even though we pay all our rent. We have been getting forclosure warnings :/ is there ANYTHING I can do here?? I feel so helpless :(. any loopholes? anything??
