I need to get back in shape in time for varsity soccer tryouts, I'm in terrible shape, any advice?
Okay, here's the situation. Since JV (I was a sopre) season ended, any training or matches have been few and sparse because my club split. Last time I played was 2 monthes ago, two minutes into the game I sprained my ankle :( so that doesn't really account for much. My ankle is fine now, but I'm in terrible shape and I'm going to have to be able to run 2 miles in under 12 minutes in a month!! I'm willing to dedicate myself to a 24/7 strict diet and exercise routine, please I need help!!!
