How much does it cost to install Linoleum flooring compared with Laminate flooring? 700sq. ft?

I would get several quotes. I personally have found that MOST linoleum is cheaper to install than a laminate floor. Considering the durability, both are fairly equal as well as the warranty. In the long run which would you be more satisfied with?
