If I don't sleep for 10-12 hours I am moody, unmotivated & feel cold during the day. What can I do? Am I ill?

Maybe go to sleep earlier and wake up later. I used to go to sleep at around 11pm every nite, but now I go so used to 8:30pm through 9:30pm that I have a very good thorough sleep, so maybe try that.
