Are these doctor's serious? PSEUDO SEIZURE!?

I went to visit a friend at his job not to long ago because i took him some gas money and as we was talking he was up on the forklift thing which was pretty high and we said bye and everything as i was walking away he fell over the rail right onto the floor having a seizure and i ran back and we called 911 i went to the hospital with him and he broke his arm and also his jaw and some face bones and they did a cat scan and it was normal and he needed surgery so after he came out a few days went by and he started to wake up and later on that day he had another seizure and they did a eeg right away and it was normal so the doctor was like he was having pseudo seizures?? i am aware of it and one thing about a person that has pseudo seizure they is not going to hurt themselves that serious and not just lay there and not cry for pain or anything so i was angry along with his family because they treated him like crap when he had seizures they will pinch him and squeeze his and all and will say he was just a good actor so its like wtf then he had another seizure and the doctor claimed to everyone he was faking and said he was going to prove it and order a eeg while they were happening it sure enough showed seizures to the point he went into SE. now his mom is suing my question is can charges be filed against this doctor?
