Preeclampsia?

could these be a signs of preeclampsia ? headaches ( but not that bad ) just alot of pressure, causing my eyes to be a lil blurry. been having really bad pains. and stomache pains. feels like it hurts in my stomache up top and then it tightens and then goes to my . lots of pressure on my making me have to pee more. using number 2 ( tmi, sorry ) a lil more. feeling sick to my stomache, but not throwing up. feeling more tired and the need to sleep. i have noticed my hands have swollen a lil. i know thats in pregnancy too. but when i try to take my engagment ring off it gets stuck and i have to pull on it. and the same when i put it on. im more thirsty than normal. i took my bp yesterday and it was 122/64. and pulse rate 101. this is really all i can think of right now. but does this sound normal in pregnany or could it be preeclampsia or something else?
