My HBsAg is 4 Reactive, HBeAg is 0.24, anti HBeAg is Reactive, my ALT and SGPT is normal,am I contagious?

- My doctor doesnt explain briefly what does this mean?are there any cure for Hepatitis B? does this korean red ginseng can cure this virus?
