This is what I've eaten so far...should I eat more?
I don't even know what type of diet that is, it's nice that you are watching what you are eating, You should know that eating several times a day is better than eating very little. It keeps your metabolism going & curves hunger longer. You seem to be taking in some carbs with beans & white bread (and even the milk). For lunch have a can of chicken or tuna (with mustard, no mayo) in addition to your fruit. Try & have a fruit in between breakfast & lunch, lunch & dinner, & even a piece after dinner. You need 1500-2500 calories a day depending on your weight. The bigger & more active you are- the more calories you can have. If you aren't active- don't go for 2500 calories.
