How do you transfer data from computer to the ps3?

I have the game Resistance:Fall of Man and i got all the skillpoints and beat superhuman difficulty. All my data got deleted by my brother accidently. I don't want to do it over again so I'm saving game data from internet and saving it on flashdrive. I want to know how you transfer data from flashdrive to ps3.
