Dxm dose with acetaminophen and guaifenesin?

i took about 450mg of dxm, but in doing so I also took about 3600mg of guaifenesin and about 4000mg of acetaminophen is that safe? also I really feel like cutting will that be ok with the amount of acetaminophen I took? dont tell me i'm stupid I already know that
