How many people out there have had tickets for concerts put on by the PNC Bank Arts Center and had difficulty?

Why doesn't the ticket say what town it's in? I got crappy directions from Mapquest that led me to the wrong location. There is no phone number to reach for proper directions. I basically drove for hours in horrible New Jersey traffic for nothing. By the time I finally got the correct info it was too late to go. How many others have been burned with toll & gas fees and have wasted their time for nothing but disappointment?
