be allow to buy soda, like pepsi and snacks like foot by the foot. yesterday i went to the market and i wanted to buy candy for my 8 year old daughter. but I didn't have the money then this lady who used her ebt card brought pepsi and candy which her ebt card. her 2 kids were running around like typical welfare repecit should this be allowed
