Sims 3 for pc questionnn?

Well, my sim had a baby and it ended up coming out like some mutant lol its all glitched and its wearing adult clothes so theres like a head in the middle of the stomach. and its hands look like claws and are really tall. |: its cuz of all the stuff im downloaded from the store im sure, but does anyone know how i can change it to look like a normal baby? it wont let me change its clothes. and its even aged, and it still looks like an alien lol. any cheats or something? thanks!
